Shipping and delivery
NI•DO handbags and small leather goods are beautifully packed in our customized boxes and are shipped from warehouses in Italy We offer free Shipping for orders over 350 USD/ 300 GBP/ 350 EUR.
IMPORTANT: International Shipping does not include duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s website will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

· REST OF WORLD: 2 - 6 working days

Returns and cancellations
Returns are possible within 14 days of shipping.
NI•DO reserves the right to not accept any return or merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Please be aware that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Return conditions
Purchases must be returned to the original shipping country. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all NI•DO item tags attached and any related accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything NI•DO reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

How to return your purchase
NI•DO packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask you to contact directly. We will then provide you with further information.
Returns need to be shipped on the customer’s own expense.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
